Communique Of Kano 2019 NEC Meeting That Held in Kano From 8th-15th December 2019
The National Executive Council (NEC) of the Nigerian Medical Association held its meeting in Kano from the 8th to the 15th of December 2019.
The theme of the conference was: “Specialization and sub-specialization in Medical practice: Bridging Skills and Technology Gap in Nigeria.”
The Sub themes were:
- Panacea For Funding: Public Private Partnership (PPP)
- Financial Institutions and Health Trust Funds
- Super Specialty in The Nigerian Health System: Reality or Mirage?
The event which was declared open by the Kano state Governor, His Excellency, Dr. Alhaji Umar Ganduje featured successful town hall meetings and was preceded by medical missions in two Local Government Areas in Kano state.
Awards were also presented to the Kano state governor and a Philanthropist, Dr. Aminu Alhassan Dantata CON.
