NMA PRESIDENT PAYS COURTESY VISIT TO AFE BABALOLA SAN.
The President of the Nigerian Medical Association, Prof(Dr) IAO Ujah, FNMA, FNAmed, mni yesterday paid a courtesy visit to a Distinguished legal luminary and Founder, Afe Babalola University, Ado-Ekiti ( ABUAD) Are Afe Babalola SAN in Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State.
The President thanked the Elder Statesman for granting the courtesy visit within a very short notice. He also commended him for the humongous investments he is making in the health and education sectors of the economy of our country.
He also said his huge investments in mechanized agriculture were really worthy of emulation.
The elderstateman in turn appreciated the NMA President and his entourage for the visit and solicited the support of NMA towards the growth of ABUAD Medical school.
Other issues of mutual interest were also discussed during the visit.
Accompanying the President for the visit were members of the National Officers Committee (NOC).
The official visit continues today with courtesy visits to the Executive Governor of Ekiti State and other major stakeholders.
